| Number 1, I reserved a king room with Mountain View and all I could see from my room was the weed store next door | And the sushi fusion place right next to the hotel was also fantastic |

| Number 2 was while I was showing, in the very nice updated shower, I found a huge hair ball left on one of the upper shower shelves and an empty shampoo bottle | We are glad to hear that you choose to spend your time at the Riverwalk with us; however we are disappointed to hear of your negative experiences while at our hotel |
