وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ الذين إذا أَصَابَتْهُم مصيبة قالوا إنا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إليه راجعون. إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

" The phrase is commonly recited by Muslims, especially upon hearing bad news that has fallen upon themselves or another person, both as a sign of patience and an acknowledgement that God is the Almighty, and he will not test his worshippers more than they can bear 'And it is to Him that we are destined to return' refers to the fact that man will not stay forever in this world and will return, sooner or later, to God
It means a statement which is accompanied by a deep conviction in one's heart: 'To Allah do we belong This alternative is preferable to the pursuit of self-aggrandizement and then meeting death either by sickness or accident

وَبَشِّرِ الصَّابِرِينَ الَّذِينَ إِذَا أَصَابَتْهُم مُّصِيبَةٌ قَالُواْ إِنَّا لِلّهِ وَإِنَّـا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعونَ
