I don't see how that qualifies as courier service, added to the fact that no one replied to the phone when I tried to call to inquire about it we worked and deal with almost carriers all of them gave us a good service only you, your offices, customers service they are very rude
!!!! it arrived I checked through the tracking system ,however no one picking up the phone at your main office to assist on delivery

I don't know way you open your offices in Amman if you can't give a service
You should have a hot line to be able to call I case of an emergency
I am expecting a very important letter shipped by you from the state,I canot travel without it tomorrow sorry to tell your service is ZERO
